Terms & Policies
1. New Customers
- Prepayment is required for the first three (3) orders.
- After the initial three orders, monthly account terms may be arranged, subject to approval and credit assessment.
2. Billing & Payment
- Customers are billed only for items that have been dispatched. Backordered items will not be charged until shipped.
- We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
- To ensure timely processing and dispatch, please email or upload a remittance advice once payment has been made.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
3. Postage & Delivery
- A flat postage fee of $15 AUD applies to all orders under $300 AUD (excluding GST).
- Orders over $300 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia, unless otherwise specified.
- The daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (AEST/AEDT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Backorders
- Backordered items will be dispatched automatically once in stock.
- Customers may cancel backorders at any time prior to dispatch without penalty.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide your order number, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Upon assessment, we will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
- Replacement items will be shipped once the damaged goods have been confirmed.
6. Change of Mind Returns
- Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
7. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the replacement or repair of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Policies at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
